a note on products & supplements
When it comes to strength training the most important substances you can put into your body are food and water. I’ve been working out semi-seriously for about a year and a half now, and I’ve never encountered a product that did 100% of what it was advertised to be capable of. There is no surer way to either sabotage or support your efforts in the gym than by the foods you eat, and until your diet is on point (something with which I continually struggle) with ridiculous quantities of lean proteins, high quality carbs and enough water to swim in you can buy product after product and it will do you little good. Take it from me, I’ve bought a few. Hopefully my product reviews can point you in the right direction, but real training starts and ends in the kitchen.
